Casey has over fifteen years of experience in the alarm industry providing, developing, testing, designing, marketing,
installing and servicing the fire and security alarm industries. He is currently a member of the National Fire Protection
Association. Mr. Edwards also holds a current fire alarm license and certificates in electronics and nationally
recognized fire alarm and security alarm courses as well as business administration courses from Southern Methodist
University.
Monte H. Edwards, V.P Operations/ CFO
Monte has thirty-five years of alarm industry management experience. Mr. Edwards was employed for nine years at
Southwestern Bell Telephone in operations management positions and also was V.P. of Operations for Regency
Security Systems for 22 years. Additionally he served in the United States Army. Education includes an Associates
Degree in business administration and accounting from Kilgore Junior College, Kilgore, Texas. Mr. Edwards also
holds numerous certificates and courses in electronics, business administration and management and nationally
recognized alarm industry courses. He is also a member of the National Fire Protection Association.
Scott D. Ritter, Fire Alarm Division Manager
Scott has twenty-five years of experience in the fire alarm industry with eighteen years in the construction industry. He
has been working with the Edwards family for over twenty years. Mr. Ritter also holds a current fire alarm license and
certificates in electronics and nationally recognized fire alarm and security alarm courses. He has been with Titan for
over 20 years and has held management roles, including bid, design, installation and ongoing service and product
requirements for Commercial, Residential, Multi-Family, Assisted Living and Governmental clients and is a member of
the National Fire Protection Association.
Timothy W. Reed, Fire Sprinkler Division Manager
Tim has over ten years of experience in the fire sprinkler industry with fours of back-flow testing/repair as well as three years of installation. He began fire sprinkler design as a college student and obtained several fire sprinkler system layout and hydraulic calculations from Construction Education Foundation in Dallas. Fire sprinkler experience - Educational (high school, elementary, day care) ; Residential (multi-family apartment, single family residence, domestic pump); Commercial (high rise, strip mall, tenant finish-out, retail, warehouse, fire pump) Systems Knowledge: Wet, Dry, Anti-Freeze, Fire Pump, Pre-Action. Tim also holds numerous certificates and licenses such as Back-Flow prevention and RME.
Jason M. London, Fire Alarm Field Superintendent
Jason has seven years of fire alarm industry experience. He has worked in the Commercial, Residential and Multi-Family fields. Jason has held positions such as installation and management. He brings a lot of experience to our organization. His job includes insuring timely and professional installation and controlling the man-hours, material and scheduling of each job.
Toni L. Douglass, Service Manager
Toni has twenty-five years of experience in sales and office administration. She has been working with the Titan Fire Protection team since her move from Florida in October of 2006. Toni handles all aspects of Titan's service division. With her positive attitude, professional demeanor and commitment to satisfaction, we can assure you that all of your service needs will be met in a prompt and professional manner.
Sue G. Ghosh, Accounting Manager
Sue has over thirty years of accounting experience. She and her husband have been working with the Edwards
family for over twenty years both personally and professionally. In 1985 she completed her BS Degree in accounting
at the University of Texas Dallas and is currently perusing her Masters Degree in accounting. Mrs. Ghosh handles all
accounting aspects for Titan Fire Protection from payroll and accounts receivable to the accounts payable.
Tammy Dickey, New Construction Administrator
Tammy has over 15 years of experience in office administration. She has been working with the Titan Fire Protection team since January 2008. Tammy handles all aspects of new construction such as draws and schedules. Martin Sandoval, Fire Sprinkler Field Superintendent

Jimmy has over twenty years of experience in the fire alarm and security alarm industries. Kim Glasgow, General Sales Manager
Kim has over 20 years experience working with local and National Accounts providing technical product sales, service and training. Kim holds a security consultant license with the State of Texas as well as being Cisco Certified. Her focus for Titan is commercial sales and customer retention utilizing her years of experience in customer service and business to business sales. Kim has received awards for her work with such clients as J.C. Penney for "Vender of the Year".
